IMPORTANT INFORMATION - ADULT COSMETOLOGY PROGRAM: Thank you for applying for the Poplar Bluff Technical Career Center Adult Cosmetology Program. Poplar Bluff Technical Career Center is no longer a Title IV eligible program. We no longer manage PELL grants, Federal student loans, A+ Scholarships or support for adults from Veterans affairs, Vocational Rehab, and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. Adult Tuition is a self-pay program. The 2024-2025 PBTCC Cosmetology Handbook is currently being updated to reflect these changes. Once we have received your application, you will receive an email with the 2024-2025 tuition fees, supplies, payment schedule, and next steps.
